2. Roles
This service provides the following roles: Administrator, Owner, Holiday Home, and Affiliate.
This PDF is the Terms for the Holiday Home role.
3. Payments & Fees (Common Rules)
3.1 Deposit
Holiday Home users pay a deposit at the time of bidding. If a Holiday Home is awarded but fails to complete the required payment by the deadline, the award will be voided and the deposit will not be refunded.
3.2 Award Fee
Holiday Home users bear the award fee (Award Amount × 5%).
3.3 Net Payment After Award
After the winning bidder is selected, the Holiday Home must pay the net amount by the deadline: (Award Amount + Award Fee) − Deposit. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the award will be voided and the deposit will not be refunded.
3.4 Re-contract Fee (Fixed)
If the Award Amount or the rental period changes after the deal is confirmed, a re-contract process is required and a fixed re-contract fee ($80) will apply. Any additional payment or refund will follow the on-screen instructions and the Agreement.
